・他人から意見を否定されることを好む。
　なぜなら、自分のアイデアが進化するいいチャンスだから。

・他の人の意見を取り入れることを好む。
　なぜなら、評価されるのが自分の意見かどうかが重要なのではなく、世の中にインパクトを与えるアイデアをつくりあげられるかどうかが重要だから。

・アイデアをアイデアのままに終わらせずに、現実化させようとする。
　なぜなら、現実化されないアイデアなんて何の役にもたたないことをよく知っているから。現実化する過程こそ価値があることを知っているから。

だから、 何回も何回もダメ出しされる環境に身を置きながら、 他人の考え方をどんどん真似し吸収し、 アイデアをとにかく現実化し続けること。
これが、ルーティーン作業をただこなす人からクリエイティブ作業ができる人への、脱皮の近道で、 君は現在まさにその途上にいる。
